NEW & IMPROVED LONGBOARD™ C60LB
We launched the original Longboard™ C55LB back in May 2007. It’s utility and versatility ensured it was an instant classic. Nearly two years later, we are pleased to launch the new and improved C60LB. For the 2nd generation Longboard, we improved the working surface, using a thicker, and better quality felt and foam padding, and upgrading the cover fabric to a stronger polyester / cotton blend. To the cover we also added two securing straps to ensure the cover/pad set stayed perfectly flat. In 2007, Reliable Corporation was the 1st company to introduce the larger 34” x 11” pressing surface in our new Empressa S500 digital steam press. While bigger isn’t always better, in the world of steam presses, it has been a very successful story. Having the space to press larger items has really caught on and we are pleased to announce another major enhancement to our successful line of Empressa digital steam presses. Only Reliable uses an exclusive metal mesh plate for the bottom-pressing surface. We use metal because unlike wood, it will not warp. But most importantly, the steam coming from the head will no longer get trapped in the wood press plate. This reduces condensation, and along with an improved one-piece pad cover set with thick felt padding, greatly improves the pressing performance of the S500.
