PAYMENT POLICY
For orders inside the U.S. and Canada, we accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. Within Canada, we also accept American Express. For orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, payment can be made by wire transfer. Please contact customer support to arrange a wire transfer.
NO TAX ON U.S. ORDERS
As we are a Canadian company, we are not required to charge taxes on orders that ship to the U.S., so you will not see sales taxes charged on your order. Additionally, we take care of all the border customs and brokerage charges so that you don’t have to worry about them either.
TAX ON CANADIAN ORDERS
As we are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, we are obliged to charge taxes on Canadian orders. Both GST/PST apply to all orders shipped within Ontario, and GST to the rest of the country except those that are HST.
