Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Reliable offers the following shipping options for delivery within the US and Canada :
Small packages 0-70 lbs by UPS.
(Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.)
Palletized items 70 lbs+ by Trucking Line
***Please note that we require a proof of receipt signature on all shipments, both UPS and palletized. When ordering, please provide a ship to address where someone will be able to sign for the shipment.***

CANADIAN ORDERS
As we are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, we are obliged to charge taxes on Canadian orders. Both GST/PST apply to all orders shipped within Ontario, and GST to the rest of the country except those that are HST.

U.S. ORDERS
As we are a Canadian company, we are not required to charge taxes on orders that ship to the U.S., so you will not see sales taxes charged on your order. Additionally, we take care of all the border customs and brokerage charges so that you don’t have to worry about them either.

TRACKING INFORMATION
All shipments, once they have left our warehouse, will be issued a tracking number (UPS) or waybill number (trucking line) and will be sent to you via email.

REPAIRS AND RETURNS
Reliable Corporation accepts returns for credit. In order to receive a full refund (less any shipping charges, subject to a final inspection) the item must be unused, packed in the original box, in original condition. If the item has been lightly used, there will be a 20% restocking charge (again subject to a final inspection once the item has been returned). Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item by phone (800.268.1649 x238) or by email at support@reliablecorporation.com. A return authorization [RA] number and some instructions pertaining to the return will be issued and will be sent to you via email or fax. The item may be returned to us prepaid via a carrier of your choice; however, we do recommend that you use a service that can provide you with a tracking number and insurance. Please note that we do not offer credits after 30 days.
