OCTAGONAL BLADE
The octagonal blade has a better cutting edge for a variety of fabrics, including plastics. Being octagonal, it will not pull the fabric in, giving the operator better control.
BUILT-IN SHARPENER
Nothing makes cutting fabric easier than a sharp blade. The XD-100’s built-in sharpener guarantees a sharp edge on every cut.
CARBIDE TIPPED COUNTER BLADE
Reduces the amount of sharpening, lengthens the life of the blade, and reduces pull of the fabric.
KNIFE GUARD
Front and rear knife guards are used to ensure the operator's safety.

The Reliable XD-100 can cut from a single ply of fabric right up to 1” high, making it a very versatile, lightweight machine. Perfect for sample making or other light-duty operations.
IDEAL FOR SMALL CUTS
The combination of the octagonal blade, with carbide tipped and spring loaded lower blade, prevents the fabric from jamming. An extra thin base plate and light die cast design make the XD-100 a pleasure to operate.
