TEMPERATURE REGULATOR
The adjustable thermostatically controlled element is standard on the XD-CD3, allowing you to choose the correct heat for the fabric being drilled.
BUILT-IN LEVELER
To assist drilling straight, a leveler is mounted on the base of the drill.
HEAVY-DUTY CHUCK
To accommodate a wide variety of drill sizes (1/16" - 1/2"), the XD-CD3 has a heavy-duty chuck.
BRASS INSERT
Using a brass insert allows for an efficient transfer of heat, reducing the waiting time for the drill to get hot.

The most convenient and cost effective way to mark for pocket placement is with the XD-CD3 cloth drill. Choose between various drill diameters for the correct size hole, and hot or cold for the best method depending on the fabric type.

With the XD-CD3, you have the one tool for all fabric types. Cold is best for natural woven fabrics, the hot is best for synthetic fabrics or knits.
