Unused equipment may be returned within 7 days of original receipt for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. (Please note that shipping charges will be deducted even for orders that originally were shipped at no cost to the customer.) The equipment must be in its original condition (subject to inspection by Reliable) and in its original box.

Unused equipment returned after 7 days, but within 30 days, may be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking charge. The equipment must be in original condition, in its original box (subject to inspection by Reliable).

Lightly used equipment may be returned within 30 days for credit, minus a 20% restocking charge. (Subject to inspection by Reliable.)

Reliable does not accept returns after 30 days.
