CONTINUOUS STEAM SYSTEM (CSS™) WITH A DIFFERENCE
Contrary to popular belief, not all auto-refill (continuous steam systems) are created equal. Reliable's unique electronic system is a world apart from our competitors. The difference is in the way we monitor the systems signal for more water, using a PC board and a probe that carefully monitors the water level for changes. Because we do this with an electronic PC board, performance, and reliability are greatly enhanced. Older technology, which is far less dependable, relies on the thermostat reading the temperature directly from the steam tank. As the steam tank expands and contracts the accuracy of the temperature reading is compromised. This can lead to the pump supplying water to the tank when no water is needed, resulting in over-filling or leaking. Learn more about The Enviromate E5 and The IronMaven J490A

THE DIGITAL VELOCITY: WHAT THE FUSS IS ALL ABOUT
There are millions of irons sold every year in North America. For the most part they all work (and suffer) the same… they all spit water. The reason why conventional irons spit water is because the soleplate is in control of heating the water, and turning it into steam. The more steam you need for ironing, the less able the iron's soleplate is able to keep up with the demand. In other words, it simply cools down to the point where you get spitting. The iron maker's dilemma then is straightforward; to turn water into steam, to not cool down regardless of the amount of steam required, yet allow the iron to go from 275º for nylon all the way up to 440º for linen. You might be asking; "is this achievable? The answer is yes, with our remarkable Digital Velocity V95 compact vapor generator iron. The patented system preheats the steam in its primary heating chamber, and the digitally controlled thermostat controls the sole plate temperature (that the fabric sees) separately. The result is an iron that can handle a complete range of fabric temperatures, from nylon to linen (it even tells you with the sound of a beep when it has reached the correct temperature) and most importantly will not spit water and stain your precious fabrics. WHAT TIME IS IT? - BEEP, BEEP. IT'S TIME TO CLEAN MY IRON SYSTEM!
If you are like many people you know how frustrating it is to have purchased a quality product, only to have it break down due to something completely out of your control… the hardness of your tap water. We knew we were on to something special when we launched the world's first home ironing system that tells you when it needs to be de-scaled. Of all the features we've put into our IronMaven products, this is the one that had been most requested. There are a lot of communities out there that have very hard water. This is a nightmare for any iron. The way it works is simple. Learn more about The IronMaven J490A

RETHINK SERVO – THE SEWQUIET PHENOMENON
When we launched the 1st generation Sewquiet 3000 servomotor for industrial sewing machines back in 2006, the combination of quietness, and torque set a new standard in the industry. 2008 brought The Sewquiet 4000, which incorporated a totally new low current design with an all-new PC control board. The evolution continued in 2011 with the introduction of the Sewquiet 5000. This motor comes with increased horsepower, is brushless (to reduce maintenance costs), and features true incremental variable speed control. Once you try the 5000, you won't believe that a motor of its size has as much power and torque as it does, yet is whisper quiet and reduces energy useage by as much as 75%. MEET ANDY: HE JUST BUILT YOUR SEWING MACHINE
When you buy a commercial sewing machine with the Reliable name on it, chances are that Andy assembled it. Why are we telling you this? Because as important as the name on your sewing machine is, how it was assembled and tested is equally important. At Reliable Corporation a team of professionals does both, the assembly and the testing of each machine that leaves our facility. Andy for example, is not just a guy with a power tool; he's also a certified electrician. So someone who understands the electrical makings of your machine has done the assembly, assuring that it complies with electrical codes. Once assembled, the machine is sent to a testing room where a senior sewing technician with a minimum of 20 years of experience has it threaded and "sewn-off" with fabric. We don't have to have a certified electrician assembling our machines, or retest each machine before it leaves our factory with a senior technician, but we do. It's one of the things that make us different. Learn more about sewing machines

2-IN-1 HOME IRONING BOARD – THE LONGBOARD FROM RELIABLE
In 2006 while attending a trade show for quilters, one of our long time customers asked us why no one had figured out a way to "extend" the length of a regular ironing board so it would be more useful to the millions of quilters in North America. The person that was asked that question happened to be Art, our sales manager, who earlier in his career was an engineer. Well that's all he needed for a napkin to be found and the sketches started. Within a few hours, the basics for The Longboard were laid down. Six months later we launched The Longboard, and the rest as they say is history. Learn more about The Longboard
