PAYMENT POLICY
Our standard dealer terms are N30 days. For those dealers that do not wish to open an account, or who do not
qualify for terms, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Canada only).
For orders outside of the U.S.A and Canada, payment can be made by T/T (fax or email us for our bank information).
RETURN POLICY
If a customer would like to return a product, they may send it back to us (with a return authorization number issued
from us) within 7 days for a full refund, less the shipping and handling charges, prior to final inspection by us. In
order to receive a full refund, the product must be unused, and packed in the original box, in original condition.
After 7 days if a customer would like to return a product to us, if it is unused, and less than 30 days from the date
of purchase, and also in original condition we will take it back with a 20% restocking charge (with a return authorization
number issued from us), also less shipping and handling charges prior to final inspection by us.
SERVICE POLICY
If a customer receives a product from us that is defective within 30 days of receiving it, we will pay for the shipping
costs back to us and returned to the customer. If it is after 30 days, but less than 1 year, the customer is responsible
for returning the product to us (preferably packed in the original box) at their cost. Based on inspection, if the
service is covered under warranty, we will make the necessary repairs and return it to the customer freight pre-paid.
Certain parts may not be covered under warranty (see warranty card for details).
