SHIPPING OPTIONS
Reliable offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. and Canada.
  • Small packages 0 - 70 Lbs – UPS
  • Palletized items 70 Lbs+ - Trucking line
Note: There are additional charges for residential delivery and tailgate service.

For international orders (outside of the continental U.S. and Canada), please contact us via email for more information.


CANADIAN ORDERS
Please note that at this time, our web site will only take orders in USD. If you are a Canadian customer, and would like to place an online order with us, you may use your Canadian credit card for the transaction. Your credit card company will do the currency conversion between USD to CDN. Reliable takes no responsibility for what this rate is.

TRACKING INFORMATION
All shipments, once they have left our warehouse, will be issued a tracking number (UPS) or waybill number (trucking line) automatically that will be sent via email.

RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return a product, you may send it back to us (with a return authorization (RA) number issued from us) within 7 days for a full refund, less the shipping and handling charges, subject to final inspection by us.† In order to receive a full refund, the product must be unused, and packed in the original box, in original condition.

After 7 days, if you would like to return a product to us, if it is unused and less than 30 days from the date of purchase, and also in original condition we will take it back with a 20% restocking charge (with a return authorization [RA] number issued from us), also less shipping and handling charges†prior to final inspection by us.
SERVICE POLICY
If you receive a product from us that is defective within 30 days of receiving it, Reliabletm will pay for the shipping costs back to us and returned to you. If it is after 30 days, but less than 1 year, you are responsible for returning the product to us (preferably packed in the original box) at their cost. Based on inspection, if the service is covered under warranty, we will make the necessary repairs and return it to you freight pre-paid. Certain parts may not be covered under warranty (see warranty card for details).
