1-800-268-1649 (ask to be connected to a service technician) so we can assist you in
determining the cause of the problem. Many times we will be able to assist you over the phone or via email.
If we are not able to resolve any outstanding issues we will make the decision with you on whether it should
be returned to us, or where available, we will have you contact an authorized service center for Reliable™ products that is closest to you.
