The 6000BU is our mid-size manual fill unit with a 4.5L boiler tank, 4.1 bar pressure, all stainless steel construction, and is Made in Italy. Built for all-day, everyday use, it features 4 safety systems, a blowdown valve to help maintain its life and performance, and a heavy-duty contactor switch.
Paired with the 1500HS Hat Steamer Attachment, the 6000BU delivers powerful, high-quality steam for professional hat shaping and finishing. The 1500HS is constructed from durable U.S. stainless steel and features innovative internal baffles that help produce drier steam with less moisture for superior results. Complete with a 6' steam hose, quick-connect fitting, and sturdy table-mount design, the 6000BU/1500HS combination provides the performance, reliability, and steam quality professionals demand for consistent, high-volume production.

Our Boilers
Our professional boilers are designed with the best materials, quality, and craftsmanship. The tank is made of high-grade stainless steel eliminating the chance of rust and contamination of the water supply. With a 4.5L boiler, the large tank allows up to 6 hours of continuous steaming. The copper element is an excellent conductor and delivers eve heat dispersion inside the tank.
4 Safety Systems
The 6000BU has 4 safety systems including a pressure switch, probe safety thermostat on the heating element, safety cap with safety valve, and a low water indicator.
Blow Down Valve
Cleaning the inside of the 6000BU is a simple task with the supplied blowdown valve.
Pressure Gauge
A pressure gauge is standard on the 6000BU. It gives you a constant, visual indicator of the internal boiler pressure.
External Solenoid Valve with Quick Release
The 6000BU is equipped with an external solenoid for complete steam control. The solenoid allows the user to manually adjust steam output for complete steam control. The quick release fitting allows for easy removal and connecting of a wide variety of accessories.
