Make sure the hose is properly connected to the body.

Why is my vacuum not working? Make sure the vacuum is plugged into the unit.

Check the switch to make sure it is on and check the fuse located on the back of the unit for the vacuum.

Why does my steam pressure drop off faster while I am using the vacuum?

When using the steam function and the vacuum at the same time, the amp draw is too much. Therefore, the amp draw to the steam side is reduced, meaning it doesn't replenish steam as quickly. We recommend turning your steam flow down while using the vacuuming component or using the steam intermittently.
