General Warranty
We offer a limited one-year warranty on all Reliable products.
Some products offer an extended warranty period. To see the specific warranty period on your product, visit the product page. The warranty for each individual item can also be found in the product manual.
For warranty repairs within the first year of receipt (original proof of purchase is required), Reliable will pay for both the inbound and outbound shipping.
Submitting a Claim for Products Under Warranty
To submit a warranty claim, visit out Contact Support Page or contact us at support@reliablecorporation.com.
Average in-shop turnaround time for repairs is 5-7 business days. For warranty repairs within the first year of purchase (original proof of purchase is required), Reliable will pay for both the inbound and outbound shipping.
Please Note: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, normal wear and tear or improper usage of the item. Reliable Corporation cannot be held liable for lost inbound items.
