How do I get tracking information?
- If you placed an order through our website, you will receive an email that includes a UPS tracking number once the order has been shipped. You can also find your tracking info by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
- If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, either your order has not yet been shipped, the email address provided was not valid, or the email was blocked by your spam filter.

How do I change or cancel my order?
- We can only make order changes while your order has a status of “pending”. Once your order has shipped it can no longer be modified. Please visit our return section for details on returning your product.

How do I apply a promotional or coupon code?
If you have a promotional/coupon code, you can enter this during the checkout process and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total.
Please note coupon codes cannot be combined with any sales or clearance items.
