How is this steam mop different from others?
The Steamboy 350CS is a 2-in-1 steam cleaning system. You can use it as both a handheld steam cleaner and a steam mop.
How hot is the steam being emitted from my Steamboy Plus 350CS?
The steam temperature at the tip is 215°F / 102°C.
How do I fill my Steamboy Plus 350CS?
When filling with water, remove the 350ml water tank by pressing the release button. Fill to the suggested maximum and return the water tank into place. The tank is secured into place when you hear a click sound. Continue as needed.
Do I need to use distilled water?
If you have really hard water, we suggest emptying the water tank after use. This will ensure no settled water clogs the unit. That being said, the cleaner the water you use, the longer your Steamboy Plus 350CS will last. The use of distilled water is not required, but it will prolong the life of your steam cleaner.
How long does it take to produce steam?
Ready in under 30 seconds. After the unit is plugged in, the red light on top will flash. When the light stops blinking, you are ready to go. Press the electronic steam trigger once to turn on. Press the electronic steam trigger again to turn off.
How many accessories come with the unit? Can I buy replacements?

The Steamboy 350CS can be used on all hard floors like marble, ceramic, stone, linoleum, sealed hardwood floors and parquet. Always test on a small patch to be certain.

Yes, the Steamboy 350CS can be used vertically for surfaces and hard to reach areas.
Is it used for residential purposes or can it be used as a commercial steam cleaner?
It is a residential grade machine, recommended to be used not more than 15 hours per week.
