Information on our shipping and delivery

Do you offer returns?
  • Unused equipment may be returned prepaid within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges.
  • For equipment that has seen usage, a 10% to 20% restocking charge may apply (depending on the condition of the return).
  • Reliable Corporation does not accept returns after the 30 day period.
How much is shipping?

For our items that have free shipping, the offer is applicable for ship-to addresses within the continental USA and Canadian provinces only with UPS Standard service. (Does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Nunavut, or the Territories.)

How long does it take for my item to ship?

In stock orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

Built-to-order items are typically produced and shipped within 5-9 business days.

How does my item ship?
  • All small box deliveries ship via UPS within the US and Canada to ship packages up to 70 lbs.  Items that need to be palletized (i.e., large heavy items such as vacuum tables or built sewing machines) are shipped via truck freight.
  • UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • For items that require shipping on pallets via freight/truck services, shipping charges will not be showing on your original order.  With the ship-to address provided on the order, we will obtain and send you a shipping quote via email. Please note that all freight shipments will require someone to be at the ship-to address at the time of delivery.
  • If the quote is accepted, we will charge the shipping on a separate order and payment will be required prior to shipment.  If the quote is not accepted, we will cancel the originating order.  As no funds are taken during the original order process (only an authorization is taken) you will not see any funds leaving your account.
Do you offer installation?
  • Reliable Corporation does not offer any installation services.
