The 3800IA’s unique ergonomic grip/handle can be used comfortably in any position, whether it’s vertical like a steamer or horizontal like an iron. The synthetic bristles brush and steam the fabric at the same time, allowing the steam to penetrate and relax the fibers. For more delicate fabrics, we also offer a natural horse hair brush.

The 3800IA operates at 500 watts.

To use the 3800IA, fill the boiler, check to make sure all parts are connected and in place, plug the unit in and simply wait for it to heat. Once it has heated up, you're ready to begin steaming. Gently pass the steam brush over the fabric in slow controlled movements and wrinkles will begin to vanish. Take your time and watch the magic happen.

If you've had the unit for a while and have been using tap water, it may be due to scale buildup inside the boiler unit. Ensure you are following the care and maintenance instructions in your user manual by draining the boiler regularly and avoiding the practice of allowing water to sit in the unit for extended periods. We recommend draining your boiler at least once a week.

If you have really hard water, we suggest emptying the water tank after use. This will help ensure that settled water does not clog the unit. For best results, always use clean fresh water. The use of distilled water is not required, but it will prolong the life of your steam brush. 

The 3800IA comes with a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Sometimes you will notice initial “leaking” from your steam brush when you first go to use it due to condensation left in the hose from a prior use. This can also happen if your boiler has been overfilled but will stop once water levels have decreased to a lower level.
